At Solutions IRB, we are deeply committed to upholding the highest ethical standards in human subjects research. Protecting the rights, safety, and well-being of research participants is central to everything we do, and well-trained research teams are a critical part of that mission.
For this reason, we require key research personnel—including all Principal Investigators and any staff who will have direct contact with participants—to maintain current human subjects research training certificates on file. This training ensures that everyone involved in a study understands their ethical responsibilities, recognizes potential risks, and follows best practices for participant protection and regulatory compliance. By requiring appropriate training, we help safeguard both participants and researchers while supporting the integrity and success of every study we review.
