- When you sign up for concierge service, you will work directly with one of our expert administration team members.
- Using the information you provide, the administrator will complete the initial data entry on your behalf.
- If there are any remaining items needed to complete your application, or any items of concern that would be caught in the initial review of your application, the administrator will bring those to your attention so they can be remedied prior to submission. This step saves you valuable time during the formal review process!
- Once all required items have been received and your application has been completed, our team will send you a link to review the application and submit it. This review is an opportunity to confirm that all information is accurate, complete, and reflects your study before submission.
- After your application is submitted, the formal review process will begin.
- We will complete all initial data entry into the application system on your behalf, reducing your time and effort prior to submission.
- You will have a single point of contact from our expert administrative team who will work closely with you to complete your application prior to review.
- We will complete an initial screening of your application and alert you to any study concerns we might catch, saving valuable time during the formal review process.
- Full Protocol of your Study (we can provide an outline if needed.)
- Application Documents:
- All Personnel Documentation (CVs, Human Subject Protection training certificates*, HIPAA/GCP training certificates*, Licenses*)
- Data Collection Materials (surveys, interview scripts, sample data matrixes, etc.)
- Recruitment Materials*
- Consent Form(s)*
- Site Permission Letters*
- Funding Materials* (grant applications and award notices, funding contracts, etc.)
- Any Translated Materials* (be sure to include a translation attestation)
- Miscellaneous information not typically included in a protocol:
- A brief explanation of the responsibilities of each study team member.
- The qualifications of each study team member to meet their responsibilities.
- Each staff member’s expect time commitment to the research.
- A list of any conflicts of interest.
- Could any of the study staff’s employment be impacted by the outcome of the study?
- Anticipated funding start and end dates.
- Sponsor’s contact name, phone number, and email address.
- Information about how long participant data will be stored.

All of our fees are determined by the level of review of your research. The costs below are the same for both clinical and social behavioral studies who utilize our concierge service.
- Exempt Studies: $100
- Expedited Studies: $200
- Full Board Studies: $300
Please Note: A $500 initiation deposit is due upon the initiation of concierge services. This amount is applied to your invoice as a credit.
(This is NOT a separate fee. It is a deposit toward the final invoice you will receive once the study submitted.)
The initiation deposit is non-refundable once your study is received via email and concierge services are initiated.
